DIC 2 Fundraising Announcement

Hello all, our deaf interpreter friends and friends of deaf interpreters!
 
I am Jay Krieger, the Deaf Interpreter Conference II treasurer and Technology Chair.
 
The Deaf Interpreter Conference II committee continue to work hard to prepare our second Deaf Interpreter Conference which will be held this summer at the Villanova University in Pennsylvania. 
 
We are pleased to announce one of our fundraising activities.  We have set up fundraising online using Plumfund.  For our last DIC1 conference, using Plumfund many of you, our wonderful supporters, have contributed to this fund.  Your contributions exceeded our expectations, when we raised $5,400!
 
Maybe we can break that record for this conference?
 
Your contributions toward this noble endeavor would be greatly appreciated.  The money we collect will be used to pay presenters, print programs, and pay for other costs associated with developing and organizing the conference.
 
Having your names appear in our program book as well as other public posters will recognize your donations made to this fundraising.
