Take the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) to Exit 6 (Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276) Exit). Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276) Westbound to Exit 20 (Mid-County Interchange) I-476 South/Chester. Follow I-476 South to Exit 13 (Villanova/St. Davids). At the bottom of ramp turn right and proceed east on Lancaster Avenue (US-30). Slight LEFT onto N. Spring Mill Road (Rt 320), turn left. Check in Security Gate. Follow DICII signs. For those who commute daily, use the commute parking… Stay on Lancaster Avenue for just over one-half mile to Ithan Avenue and turn right. There is a parking garage.
From the West
Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) to Exit 326 - Valley Forge. Take I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway) to Exit 331A (I-476 South/Chester). Follow I-476 South to Exit 13 (Villanova/St. Davids). Take I-95 North to Exit 7 (I-476 (Blue Route) North-Plymouth Meeting). By Air

Via Train
Use the SEPTA Regional Rail service. The R-1 Airport Train then switch trains at 30th Street, take R-5 (Thorndale/Paoli) Regional Rail makes frequent stops. Please note: You should check the SEPTA http://www.septa.org/service/rail schedules online for times, since during peak hours the train does not stop as frequently at Villanova's campus! When Returning, At 30th Street Station during peak times, the R-1 train to the airport leaves every 30 minutes on the "4's" (:04 and :34) of each hour. You should also check both the R-5 and R-1 schedules to insure enough time to check into the airport early. Students will need to know which airport terminal they are going to (A, B, C, D, or E/F), as the R-1 stops at each terminal separately.
Via Taxi Service
The airport taxi and shuttle services (such as Avalon, Bennett, and Main Line Taxis mentioned above) run by off-campus companies frequently offer 24-hour service. Students should be aware that transportation to the airport from Villanova can cost $35-$60 each way, and they may wish to "carpool" to save on the expense. Please check with individual taxi/limousine services directly concerning transportation to/from the airport from Villanova.
Via Uber / Lyft Service
If you have Uber or Lyft apps in your smartphone, you can request for their service to pick you up from airport to Villanova. Approximate rates are between $20 - $40.​
By Train
Via Train
Take SEPTA's Paoli/Thorndale Regional Rail Line “R-5“to Villanova Station - located directly on campus. Take the pedestrian tunnel under the tracks and walk up the hill through the walkway under Mendel Science Center and proceed to the top of the hill, passing Old Falvey on your left. When you reach the brick pathway, follow the diagonal path around the fountain and through the Campus Green.
Via Amtrak
Get off on 30th Street station in Philadelphia then go upstair to SEPTA Regional Train, you will look for R5 (Thorndale/Paoli) train. Follow the same directions under “By Train” above.
